Death penalty to drug dealers, to be pushed in America

US President Donald Trump pushed the implementation of death penalty against illegal drug dealers.

“I think it’s a discussion we have to start thinking about. I don’t know if we’re ready – I don’t know if this country’s ready for it,” Trump said.

The President further argues that there are people who are punished by death penalty or life imprisonment in a person's shot or stabbing, but there is no death penalty on the drug dealer who can kill 5,000 people because of smuggled illegal drugs.

“Now, I never did polling on that – I don’t know if that’s popular. I don’t know if that’s unpopular but these people are killing our kids and they’re killing our families, and we have to do something. We can’t just keep setting up blue-ribbon committees with your wife and your wife and your husband, and they meet and they have a meal and they talk, talk talk talk, two hours later, then they write a report.”

It was part of Trump's long speech at the political rally in Pittsburgh on Saturday for state rep. Rick Saccone before the special congressional election on Tuesday.

Among those he discussed were the tariffs imposed on imported iron and aluminum, the peace talks in North Korea as well and the presidential elections in 2020.
