Pinoy Tasty - Fried Chicken Gizzards Recipe


    Boiled chicken gizzard
    ½ cup All-purpose flour
    1 Egg
    Soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    Cooking oil


1.    Marinate boiled gizzard with soy sauce and salt.

2.    Meanwhile combine all-purpose flour and chili powder. Mix well to combine.

3.    Crack open the egg a small mixing bowl then beat it thoroughly.

4.    Dip the marinated gizzards in the beaten egg.

5.    Thoroughly coat gizzards with flour mixture and shake off excess. Gently lay the coated gizzards

in the hot cooking oil. Cook until golden brown in each side. Remove to paper towels to drain.

6.    Ready to serve. UHM YUMMY…
