 This is our conversation with the OWNER of PARROT RESORT MOALBOAL. I just asked how much is a room good for 6-7pax and this is his reply. Not only sarcastic and disrespectful but also racist. Take time to read, you guys be the judge. Oh did I forget to mention, they are not interested in FILIPINO groups. To think that he is in OUR country. Share this post to warn others, you wouldn’t want to spend a fortune on a resort with an owner with this kind of manner.

  8. I think the initial inquiry was perfectly valid. If there was any doubt as to the clarity of intention, patience should have been afforded to the customer until such time as the intention is made clear and then for a proper response given accordingly. This is clearly infiltration of undesirable forces and an act of sabotage, foreign to Philippine hospitality. This act should be nipped from the bud, not to be given the chance to prosper to give a lasting bad name and taste to the nation's frail tourism industry. The industry badly needs regulating standard of service quality that should withstand the short lived blinding dazzle of the "Flash of Cash" endemic in society and in all our industries. It's time for the Philippines to recalibrate to a " LONG TERM" mindset. And whereas we look to our government for proper guidelines on operating conduct, it will be the cumulative forces of Consumers who should decide their miserable FATE.

  14. I am also German and operating a Pension House in Moalboal Basdiot. I know this guy very well. His attitude is really not good. Also the workers are like slaves and salary is for this expensive room rates unbelievable low. Hey guys but everyone is welcome in our house. We are not that luxury but we are clean and cheap.
    So please don't put all German in a wrong corner. There are ash.... in every country in the world.
    Just enjoy your trip and trip as much as you can. You only life once!

Clients do not know the services offered by the hotels, resorts, etc... and so, they would just ask how much is the cost for these or that... it is the owner's prerogative to explain the client's inqiury... to offer their rooms and packages or if there are any promos to sell their rooms... as for the owner...very impolite considering its business... therefore, I conclude that this is really racism...
