Smart,Globe has been warned on their internet services

Given only two months period or until September this year by The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Smart and Globe to improve their services and threatened to take third party telcos.

According to DICT Secretary Rodolfo Salalima, they're tired of the constant commitment of the two telecom giants thus fail allegedly responsive to strengthen commitment to the internet connection in the country.

September 16, 2017 the promise of Smart and Globe to improve the internet service and if they fail again they are not having an extension.

Salalima appointed to the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to find a third party operator with a large partner abroad to ensure good internet service.

Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte to issue an executive order to transfer all the databases of government agencies to the DICT portal.

In briefing in MalacaƱang, said Salalima the goal of "one stop shop portal" to be available online services of government to all people especially in remote provinces.
